Your first portrait is free. Prices shown in USD; Google Play shows your local price. All purchases are made inside the app through Google Play on Android or the App Store on iPhone, which also handle refunds. There is no checkout on this website.

Good questions

Is Heartgild free?

The app is free to download and your first portrait is free, with no account. After that you can buy themed packs, Heartgild Pro or the Unlimited weekly plan inside the app, through Google Play on Android (or the App Store on iPhone once the iPhone app is out).

Where can I get it?

Heartgild is on Google Play for Android. Coming soon to iPhone: email us and we'll tell you when it's ready.

Which pets work?

Dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, reptiles and rare or unusual pets. Photos need an animal as the main subject; photos of people are declined.

What photo should I use?

One sharp, well-lit photo where your pet's face is visible and fills a good part of the frame. Have a backup in case one is declined.

Do you keep my photos?

We don't store your photos or portraits on our own servers. They are sent to our image providers only to make your portraits and are requested to expire after about 1 hour (uploads) and 1 day (results). Read the full privacy policy for details.

How do I cancel Unlimited?

On Android: Play Store, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, Heartgild. On iPhone: Settings > your Apple ID > Subscriptions > Heartgild. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the paid week ends.

Can I buy on this website?

No. Purchases are made only inside the app, through Google Play on Android or the App Store on iPhone, and that store also handles refunds.

How do I delete my data?

In the app, open Home and tap Delete my data, or email us. Full steps are on our Delete my data page.
