Heartgild Content Policy

Effective October 18, 2026

Heartgild makes portraits of pets and other animals. We keep it that way on purpose.

Pets only

Upload photos where a pet or animal is the main subject. Every uploaded photo is checked automatically before any portrait is made. Photos where a person or a face is the main subject, photos with nudity or sexual content, graphic violence or gore, and photos with no animal in them are declined. A declined photo is not counted against your free portrait, credits or limits.

What is not allowed

Photos of people, including selfies and children
Nudity, sexual content, violence, gore or cruelty to animals
Photos you do not have the right to use
Using results to mislead people or to harass or harm anyone

Reporting

Every portrait has a Report this image link in the app. You can also email flexweightfitness@gmail.com. Tell us which image and what is wrong. We aim to respond within 2 business days, and reports of harmful content come first.

What we do

We review reports, remove or block content that breaks this policy, and may block repeat misuse. Automatic checks are not perfect, so reports help.
