Delete my Heartgild data
Effective October 18, 2026
Heartgild has no accounts, so there is no account to close. You can delete the data we hold about your use of the app in either of these ways.
Option 1: in the app (fastest)
- Open Heartgild.
- On Home, tap Delete my data and confirm.
This deletes the usage records stored on our server under your random install ID, clears your cached results, and resets the app on your device, including unused portrait credits. It does not cancel a subscription (cancel in Google Play on Android, or on iPhone in Settings > your Apple ID > Subscriptions) and does not remove images you saved to your gallery.
Option 2: by email
Email flexweightfitness@gmail.com with the subject Delete my data and tell us what you would like deleted. If you can no longer open the app (for example you uninstalled it), email us anyway and we will delete anything we can link to you. We reply within 30 days.
What gets deleted and what happens on its own
- Photos you upload and portraits made from them are not stored on our own servers. Our image provider is asked to expire uploads after 1 hour and results after 1 day.
- Usage counters tied to your install ID, hashed IP or hashed purchase or transaction ID are deleted on request and otherwise expire on their own (see the privacy policy for the retention times).
- Purchase records are held by Google Play or the App Store under Google's or Apple's policies. We never receive your card number, name or payment details.
- Server request logs are kept by our hosting provider (Vercel) on its normal schedule.
Read the privacy policy for everything we collect.
