Common questions

Cancel Unlimited: on Android, Google Play (Play Store, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, Heartgild). On iPhone, Settings > your Apple ID (Apple Account) > Subscriptions > Heartgild.
Refund: the store you bought from handles refunds: Google Play on Android, the App Store on iPhone (reportaproblem.apple.com). Contact them first, or email us if something went wrong.
Restore a purchase: in the app, open the paywall and tap Restore purchases. It restores Unlimited. Pack and Pro credits are stored on your device and cannot be restored after uninstalling.
A portrait failed: failed portraits are not counted. Try again, or email us.
Delete my data: in the app, Home, Delete my data. Or email us. Details are in the privacy policy.
Report an image: tap Report this image under it, or email us. See the content policy.
